DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Orders
Orders are honoured while stocks last. In the event that we are out of stock, L'Eau de Cassis undertakes to inform the customer and make the relevant refund within 30 days of receipt of the order by L'Eau de Cassis.
Orders received via the website are registered and processed from Monday to Friday. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed the following Monday.
It takes 48 hours for the order to be processed and packaged, at which point the order is handed over to the courier.
Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout on the 'basket' page.

Shipping charges are divided into zones according to the destination:
ZONE 1: France
€7.90 from €1 to €46
€10 from €46.01 to €70
Carriage paid from €70
ZONE 2: €19
Carriage paid from €150
ZONE 3: €24
Carriage paid from €240
ZONE 4: €29
Carriage paid from €290

For information only, the delivery times range from 2 to 4 days. Parcels are delivered to La Poste (French Post Office), using Colissimo (express parcel service), which must be signed for.
In the event that the parcel has still not been delivered within 30 days of the indicative delivery date, the customer may request the cancellation of the sale and receive a refund for the amounts paid, to the exclusion of any compensation or damages.
Returns and Refunds
The customer may request a refund in the event that the delivery fails to comply with the order or the product is faulty. The customer must contact customer services. Returned products must be placed in their original packaging and remain sealed.
In the event that a product is damaged during delivery, it is imperative that any reservations are mentioned to the carrier on delivery. The customer should then contact customer services, which will examine the eligibility of the request for a refund.
Cooling-off period
Pursuant to article L 121-20 of the consumer code the customer has 7 (seven) clear days in which to exercise his/her right of withdrawal without giving a reason therefore or incurring a penalty, with the exception, where applicable, of the cost of returning the goods. If the seven-day time limit expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day. The purchaser who intends to exercise his/her right of withdrawal must return the product intact and still sealed, at his/her expense to:
